DESMOD is a Slovak rock band founded in 2001 in Bratislava. The group is known for melodic rock with emotionally charged lyrics and the distinctive vocals of frontman Michal Hrúz. Their most popular tracks include „Svet sa mení" and „Nikdy nebolo ľahké". The band regularly performs at festivals across Slovakia and the Czech Republic.
