Heinrich Kulka (1900–1971) was an Austrian architect and close collaborator of Adolf Loos. He oversaw the realisation of several Loos projects, including the Semler Residence in Pilsen, and after Loos's death published a monograph on his work. Following the Anschluss, Kulka emigrated to New Zealand, where he continued his architectural career.
