Jiří Schelinger was a Czech pop-rock singer who rose to fame in the 1970s. Known for his distinctive voice and hits such as „Holka z Ipanemy", he became one of the most popular performers of his era. He died tragically in 1981 at the age of 29 and remains an icon of Czech popular music.
