Kōenji Hyakkei is a Japanese avant-garde rock group founded by drummer Tatsuya Yoshida, also known for his band Ruins. Their music draws on Rock in Opposition, progressive rock, and contemporary classical influences, featuring dense, technically demanding compositions. They are regarded as one of the most distinctive voices in Japan's experimental music scene.
