Martina Preissová is a Czech theatre, television and film actress, and a permanent member of the drama ensemble of the National Theatre in Prague since 2000. She has received two Thália Award nominations (1999, 2004) and is known to TV audiences from series such as Nemocnice na kraji města and Slunečná. In 2021 she made her literary debut with the short-story collection Jak jsem nebyla na lvech a jiné příhody.
