Miroslav Paleček is a Czech singer-songwriter and guitarist active on the folk and chanson scene since the late 1960s. He launched his career with a street performance on Charles Bridge in 1968 and has been associated with Prague's Semafor theatre and the PORTA folk festival. He is known for setting Czech poetry to music.
