Nightwish is a Finnish symphonic metal band formed in 1996. Their music blends heavy guitar riffs with orchestral arrangements and powerful operatic vocals. Albums such as Oceanborn, Wishmaster, and Once brought them international recognition, making them one of the most prominent acts in the symphonic metal genre.
