Ricchi e Poveri is an Italian pop group formed in Genoa in 1967. Originally a quartet, now a duo, they are best known for 1980s European hits such as "Sarà perché ti amo" and "Mamma Maria". The group represented Italy at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1978.
