Václav Maria Havel (1861–1921) was a Czech entrepreneur and real-estate developer, father of president Václav Havel. Together with his brother Miloš Havel, he was behind the development of the Barrandov villa quarter and the Barrandov Terraces in Prague, landmarks of interwar modern architecture.
