Václav Roštlapil (1856–1930) was a Czech architect active around the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. He designed several prominent Prague buildings, including the Academy of Fine Arts on Letná, the Straka Academy, and the Bohnice Psychiatric Hospital complex. His work is rooted in the historicist and representative architectural style of the late 19th century.
