Vladimir Preclík's Gift to the Hradec Králové Region
An exhibition showcasing the complete collection of 54 sculptures by Vladimir Preclík displayed as an open storage, complemented by additional works from the gallery's holdings.
Vladimír Preclík (1929–2008) was a Czech sculptor and graphic artist. He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague and became known for figurative sculptures with an expressive character. His works feature in public spaces and interiors of numerous buildings from the 1960s and 1970s, a period when he frequently collaborated on the artistic decoration of architectural projects.
