Vlastislav Hofman (1884–1964) was a Czech architect, stage designer, and visual artist, one of the key figures of Czech Cubism. He designed Cubist furniture and applied art objects, and collaborated with the Artěl cooperative. He was also active in theatre set design and graphic art.
