Zdeněk Pešánek (1896–1965) was a Czech sculptor and pioneer of kinetic and light art. He was among the first artists in the world to systematically incorporate electric light as an artistic medium. He is known for his luminous sculptures and his work on a light fountain for the Prague exhibition grounds.
