Zoltán Kodály

Zoltán Kodály (1882–1967) was a Hungarian composer, music educator, and ethnomusicologist. Together with Béla Bartók, he systematically collected and studied Hungarian folk music. His best-known works include the orchestral suite Háry János and the Dances of Marosszék.
