The fourth edition of Brno's coffee festival Roast! takes place on Saturday and Sunday, 12–13 September 2026 at Káznice na Cejlu.
The festival showcases specialty coffee roasters, educates visitors about specialty coffee, and connects coffee professionals and enthusiasts. Roasters will take turns at several espresso and brew bars. Both days feature lectures and workshops for both experts and complete beginners.
As the organizers say: "Rules? None. No white tablecloths. Just the highest-quality coffee beans. No fuss or frills. It doesn't matter if you're just discovering coffee or you know it inside out. Coffee is here for you, along with the company of those who roasted it."
