The Little Prince, Recital

The recital The Little Prince with actor Jan Cina takes place on Tuesday, 29 September 2026 in Plzeň, at the Great Synagogue of the Czech Republic. This is one of two Czech tour dates, with the second scheduled for October in Ostrava. An original blend of spoken word and music guides the audience through the poetic world of the story: Jan Cina recites while a soprano (Vendula Příhodová or Kateřina Bohatová) sings original compositions by Kryštof Marek. A string quartet and piano provide accompaniment. The Great Synagogue in Plzeň is a monumental Romanesque Revival building from 1888–1892 with two 45-metre towers, offering a distinctive setting for this recital.
