Up End Down
Jatka78, Prague
A new circus poem about angels and people.
Up End Down is a journey from birth to death through fantasy — between earth and heaven, memories and the present, smiles and tears. The story of a man who lives only through his memories and cannot let them go, raising the question: what does that "final moment" look like, and what comes after?
The production was created in 2010 as the ensemble's second work. Actors, acrobats, and dancers combine drama with new circus, aerial acrobatics, and teeterboard. The visual design and scenography were created specifically for the space of Prague's La Fabryka.
