Concert - Michal Šindelář, Karel Kahovec, Beatles Revival

Karel Kahovec's birthday concert takes place on Thursday, May 21, 2026 at 8:00 PM in the Municipal Community Centre in Kolín. Karel Kahovec – an icon of Czech rock and one of the most distinctive voices of his generation – will celebrate his life milestone here. Seating is unreserved; standing and dancing are also possible.

Karel Kahovec will perform a selection of his greatest hits – including "Háj modřínů", "Paní v černém", "Svou lásku jsem rozdal", and "Poprava blond holky". He will be joined by The Beatles Revival, a band that will enrich the concert with the immortal hits of the famous "Beatles". As a guest, Michal Šindelář, former drummer of Katapult, will perform songs from Katapult and his hit "Hořely padaly hvězdy".

The evening will also include a tribute to Petr Novák – one of the greatest voices of Czech music – with his songs "Povídej", "Hvězdičko blýskavá", "Já budu chodit po špičkách", and "Náhrobní kámen", all performed by The Beatles Revival in original vocal and instrumental arrangements.

In the event of Karel Kahovec's death, the concert will be held as a memorial evening.
