This workshop on the basics of live sound is designed for aspiring sound engineers, musicians, and enthusiasts who want to better understand the techniques of working with sound.
Guides from the Mr. Wombat studio, Láďa and Martin, will first take participants through the theory – basic principles of sound reinforcement, equipment operation, and the most common mistakes in miking. The second part is practical and takes place directly with a live band, so everyone gets to try miking a live band under the guidance of the instructors.
The workshop runs from 10:00 to 17:30.
