Description was written before the event

Husopas is an audiovisual show featuring mountain guide and pilot Janko Bednarik's true story of a year spent with a flock of wild geese. Originally a heli-skiing guide in Canada, Bednarik returned to the Czech Republic and started a family, only to find himself at a crossroads. Inspired by a childhood film about a man who flew with geese, he decided to recreate the experiment: he obtained eggs from a zoo, hatched eight goslings, and became their "goose mother". He taught them everything a mother goose would teach in nature—including flight in formation alongside a specially built motorized hang glider that he had constructed in France.

For an entire year, Bednarik grazed, swam, and slept alongside his geese, flying with them over the landscape of Český Ráj. This unique experience became the HUSOPAS project—an audiovisual narrative about the courage to slow down, about trust, belonging, and returning to the essence of human life. The performance combines live storytelling with images and sound, lasts 90 minutes, and is suitable for children from age 8, families, and adults. More information at husopas.cz.
