Andrew Adamson is a New Zealand film director and producer. He co-directed the animated film Shrek (2001), which won the Academy Award for Best Animated Feature. He also co-directed Shrek 2 and helmed two instalments of The Chronicles of Narnia series.

Cinema City is an international multiplex chain operating two venues in Brno – in the city centre at the Velký Špalíček shopping centre (opened 2001, 7 screens, capacity over 1,400 seats) and at the Olympia retail park near the motorway. All screens are fully digital, equipped with Barco projection and Dolby sound. The cinemas offer 2D, 3D, Dolby Atmos and 4DX screenings and also host gala premieres and corporate events.
