Pillion

Colin (Harry Melling) lives a routine life in a London suburb – he works, performs with a vocal group in a bar in the evenings, and romance is missing from his life. That changes when the shy Colin is approached by Ray (Alexander Skarsgård), a mysterious member of a motorcycle gang who is not looking for a conventional relationship.

Director Harry Lighton's debut tells with gentle humour a tender love story set in a BDSM environment, wrapped in the roar of high-revving powerful machines. The film won the award for best screenplay at the Cannes Film Festival.
