Lumpik Spuntik

On the Danish island of Bornholm, trolls live deep underground, where their lives are governed by strict rules. The most important one is clear: never go to the surface, because humans are dangerous.

Curious and mischievous Spuntik is meant to become the next guardian of the cave and protect the trolls from humans — instead, he prefers to play pranks and ride on the backs of bats. When one day a strange rumbling is heard from the surface, he secretly sets out to find out what is happening. But unexpectedly, his little sister follows him, and their innocent expedition soon turns into an adventure in the human world, full of danger and magic.
