A dark comedy by Irish playwright and filmmaker Martin McDonagh set in the Irish countryside. Seven years ago, Mick caused a serious car accident – and now a strange obligation awaits him. The story places him alongside a thirsty friend, the intellectually peculiar Martin, and his brother the policeman, who harbours one great police dream.

These four will each have to come to terms with what has long been hidden beneath the earth. The result could be tears of laughter, tears of sorrow – or both.
