The Spring Pottery and Craft Market in Beroun returns for its twenty-fourth edition across two weekends in 2026: the first took place on May 9–10, and the second will be held on June 13–14 at Husovo Square and surrounding streets. The market is open on Saturday from 8:00 to 18:00 and on Sunday from 9:00 to 17:00. Exhibitors vary each weekend, offering a different programme at each event.
This year's main theme is cutlery and wood for the kitchen. Visitors can watch live demonstrations by knifemakers David Brož (KNIFET) and František Kundera (KUNDERA BLADES), purchase their creations directly from the makers, and take advantage of professional knife sharpening services. Ceramics and porcelain remain the market's centrepiece—handmade, garden, functional, and decorative pieces in both traditional and contemporary styles. Around 200 craftspeople from the Czech Republic and abroad will showcase their work: glassmakers, blacksmiths, wireworkers, woodcarvers, leather workers, stonemasons, seamstresses, and makers of soaps, jewellery, and natural cosmetics.
The market features a wine corner with Czech and Moravian wines, plus a wide selection of refreshments. A vernissage of the Beroun Ceramics Museum exhibition and live music throughout the day are also part of the programme. On Saturday, British singer-songwriter and film composer James Harries will perform with his latest album Love & Desire in the wine corner. On Sunday, the Beroun Marching Band will open the market, with Frankie & the Screwballs (rockabilly) closing the day. At Joachym Barrand Square, Saturday features the Berounský koláč folklore festival (Ledecká dudácká muzika, KYČERA, Prague Cimbalom Music, Folk Music from Chrást, and others), while Sunday hosts the Spring Beroun Palette.
Parking is available at a free temporary lot on the meadow at Závodí by the river, as well as at paid P+R 1 near the station, P+R 2 Na Podole, the U Černého koně car park, and the TIBA car park. Admission is free.
