Liberec Technical Museum offers a children's experience trail "Searching for Lost Tools" designed for children aged 4 to 7. The trail introduces young visitors to basic types of hand tools in a playful way. The route features ten stops where children search for tools forgotten by a repairman – a puppet named TEMULDA accompanies them throughout. Along the way, children stick pictures of tools and exhibits into a blank map. All necessary materials are provided at the museum's ticket office. The trail is suitable for both individual visits and group tours, especially for preschool classes and first-grade students. In addition to the children's trail, the museum offers a family quiz "Guess What You See!" and from 2025 a new game "Sculpture Play" featuring unusual sculptures by Zdeněk Vilém. The museum is located at Masarykova 424/5 in the area of the former Liberec Exhibition Grounds, spread across four pavilions – Pavilion A houses historic cars, motorcycles and bicycles, Pavilion B industrial history and modern technologies, Pavilion C trams and buses, Pavilion D additional exhibits. Outdoor spaces include a children's playground with play equipment. All pavilions are accessible with strollers and wheelchairs, and dogs on a leash with a muzzle are permitted. The museum is open Tuesday to Sunday from 10 to 17 o'clock. Admission: adults 220 CZK / 9 EUR, children (6–15 years), students and seniors 120 CZK / 5 EUR, ZTP 120 CZK / 5 EUR, ZTP/P free, family ticket (2 adults + up to 3 children) 18 EUR, groups (20+ people) 10% discount, school trips 3 EUR/person.
