Advent Weekend with Programme

The Advent weekend at Křinec Castle is a traditional two-day event held annually on the third Advent weekend. The castle courtyard hosts Advent markets with tastings of unconventional Christmas cuisine prepared over open fire. The castle café is open throughout the weekend, offering Christmas specialities. A Christmas workshop is prepared for children. The Saturday programme typically includes a guided tour of the festively decorated castle and an evening theatrical performance in the Baroque hall. Křinec Castle is an early Baroque structure from the 17th century, featuring a Baroque stone hall, blue salons with Rococo frescoes, an Empire staircase, and a castle chapel. In 2026, the castle celebrates 20 years under the management of the Harapes family.
