Brod 1995 - 2026

Brod 1995 is a one-day music festival with a limited capacity of 5,000 visitors, held annually in the Na Kutilce area (a former public swimming pool) in Český Brod. It continues the tradition of Rock for People, which first took place on August 19, 1995 at the same location. Festival founder Petr Fořt targets visitors from within a 50 km radius who want to experience a festival atmosphere in a single day. The event is organized by SKYBRAND s.r.o.

The 2026 programme (August 22): the venue opens at 12:00, box office from 11:30. Acts perform on stage in sequence: 12:20–13:00 Uniband Contest Winner, 13:15–13:55 Civilní Obrana, 14:10–14:50 Willow, 15:05–15:45 Jary Tauber, 16:00–16:45 Imodium, 17:00–17:45 Kapitán Demo, 18:00–18:45 Mydy, 19:05–20:05 Janek Ledecký, 20:25–21:15 Trautenberk, 21:35–22:45 Chinaski, 23:00–00:00 Horkýže Slíže, 00:05–01:00 DJ Earl.

Tickets: standard ticket until June 30 for 750 CZK, junior (11–17 years) for 450 CZK; prices increase after this date. Discounted group tickets 5+1 are also available (limited quantity, pre-sale only). Children under 10 have free entry. Special tickets are available on-site. Tickets are sold in waves until sold out.

Payment in cash or card is accepted at the venue and box office. The festival includes a cloakroom, refreshments, a chill-out zone, meet & greet, and merchandise sales. Parking is included in the ticket price at the car park on Na Kutilce street (unguarded – do not leave valuables in your car). Train travel is recommended; check IDOS.cz for connections. Bring an ID, raincoat, hat, and sunscreen. Umbrellas are permitted in the venue but may only be used in the back area during rain.
