A tasting evening at Restaurace Stodola in Olomouc takes place on Thursday, June 11, 2026. 1st course – Grilled romaine salad: shrimp, anchovy emulsion, parmesan, lemon
2nd course – Roast beef from the lower rib: mustard dressing, pickled onion, capers
3rd course – Beef cheek "ala sparrow" from the grill: young cabbage with apple, potato gnocchi
4th course – Grilled steak from the lower rib: padron peppers, corn with lime, asparagus, baby carrot, herb salsa
5th course – Grilled pineapple: mascarpone cream, lime, crispy crumble
