Obscene Extreme 2026

Obscene Extreme is an annual DIY festival of extreme music held in Trutnov at Na Bojišti (Královédvorská 171, Horní Předměstí). The 2026 edition runs from Wednesday, July 1 to Sunday, July 5, 2026 – five days in total. Founded in 1999 by Miloslav "Čurby" Urbanec, the festival is one of the world's longest-running DIY festivals focused on underground music. A total of 84 bands are scheduled for the 2026 edition.

Confirmed acts for 2026 include Converge, Dismember, Eyehategod, Rotten Sound, Benighted, Pro-Pain, Necrot, Nunslaughter, Macabre, Jungle Rot, Insanity Alert, Malignant Tumour, Repulsive Feast, The Accüsed A.D., Assassin, Avskum, Hideous Divinity, Fleshcrawl, Morta Skuld, Keitzer, Dwarves, Centinex, Demonical, and dozens of other bands from around the world.

The festival is "freak friendly" and offers exclusively vegan and vegetarian food. There is one main stage. The Na Bojišti venue can accommodate 10,000–15,000 visitors. The grounds include showers, lockable storage boxes, and a VIP camp with pre-reserved tents.

Tickets are available online at tickets.obsceneextreme.cz; the fourth wave is currently on sale at €192. Single-day tickets are not available. Teenagers aged 14–18 receive a discounted ticket (on-site only, with ID), and children under 14 enter free. Parking can be purchased in advance as a voucher: car €23, van €30, caravan €34. VIP camp (small tent, 1 person) €34, locker box €30.
