Sweetsen Fest 2026

Sweetsen Fest is the largest music, charity, and theatre festival in Frýdek-Místek. The twenty-second edition will take place from 11–13 June 2026 in Frýdek-Místek across several venues: TJ Slezan grounds, Pod zámkem park, Faunapark, and Nová Osmička grounds.

Since its founding in 2004, the festival has been built on four core principles: only artists with ties to Frýdek-Místek perform, all participants waive their fees, no admission is charged throughout the event, and fundraising for humanitarian organisations (ADRA, Charita, Podané ruce) takes place during the festival.

The festival features 4 music stages, a theatre and lecture stage (Sweetalks), and an extensive supporting programme with over 100 artists and performers from the Frýdek-Místek region. For the youngest visitors, a free children's programme is available — art workshops, board games, face painting, carousel, and bouncy castle.

Venue opening hours: Thursday 16:00–00:00, Friday 14:00–3:00, Saturday 14:00–3:00. Visitors under 15 years old are admitted only with a parent or other adult. After 22:00, entry without supervision is permitted only for those 18 and older. Festival admission is free.
