Filter_ed

Filter_ed is a postdramatic mosaic of stories about young people lost in a world of filters, advertising, algorithms, and performance. The production explores the coming of age of the first generation living with one foot in each world – half online and half offline. A reality show of everyday life, where likes are currency, truth is a risk, and failure is a public event. What does love, revolt, or anxiety look like in an age of endless scrolling? How do you find yourself when you don't know which version of you will be the coolest? The play was written and dramaturgically developed by Kamila Krbcová, directed by Michal Hruška, with set design by Karolína Jansová and movement collaboration by Diana Toniková. Cast: Elena Gregorová, Johana Kabešová, Kateřina Kazdová, Adéla Kročáková, Karol Lunary, Julie Palková, Vojtěch Placek, and Adam Rýdl. The premiere took place on June 16, 2025. Divadlo Debut is a theatre production of the Higher Vocational School of Acting, located at Boleslavova 49/13, Prague 4 – Nusle.
