Lemberk State Castle opens its 2026 visitor season on April 2 together with other castles and chateaux managed by the National Heritage Institute. The programme includes a panel exhibition "Lemberk Through the Ages" located in the Bredovský Summer House near the castle, which presents the history of the castle and surrounding monuments. The 17th-century Bredovský Summer House with its Baroque garden on a nearby hilltop was built by Kryštof Rudolf Breda in early Baroque style sometime between 1660 and 1680. For the season opening, the castle has prepared Easter decorations in the chapel and Clam-Gallas apartment with special guided tours daily until April 6 at 10:30, 11:30, 12:30, 13:30, and 14:30, including demonstrations of Easter celebrations and aristocratic customs from the 1920s–1930s. Throughout the season (April–October), the castle offers guided tours on two routes – the basic route lasts approximately 50–70 minutes and includes the main representative rooms, while the second route (about 40 minutes) focuses on service areas including the black kitchen and Zdislava's chamber. On June 13–14, the Bredovský Garden will be open for the Weekend of Open Gardens with guided tours. The grounds feature parking for cars and buses, barrier-free access, a cloakroom, and refreshments. Guided tours are available in Czech and German; printed materials are also available in English, Polish, Russian, Dutch, and French. The castle is managed by the National Heritage Institute.
