Where Did the Breweries Go – 620 Years of Brewing Tradition in Chomutov

The exhibition maps 620 years of beer production in Chomutov. The first section covers the general history of brewing, the beer-making process, and basic raw materials. The opening takes place on Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 2 p.m. in the First Civic Brewery in Chomutov, 28. října 1081/19 (REPUBLIKA restaurant). Entry to the opening is free. From 3 p.m., a short guided tour tracing the history of Chomutov beer will be held.
