Dolní Dubňany Wind Band Festival

The Dolní Dubňany Wind Band Festival is a traditional outdoor showcase of wind music, organized annually by the Dolní Dubňany municipality together with the local wind band Dubňanka. The 2025 edition was the 37th in the series, making the June 2026 edition a milestone 38th festival. The festival takes place on the football pitch in Dolní Dubňany starting at 13:30. The programme traditionally features several wind bands from the region — in past years these have included Dubňanka, Záhorienka, Legrúti, and Stříbrňanka. The afternoon is further enlivened by performances from the local primary school majorettes, with a presenter guiding the entire event. Admission is approximately 200 CZK.
