25. Dylan Days / Zimmerman Frei

Dylan Days / Zimmerman Frei is an annual gathering of Bob Dylan fans at Prague's Kaštan. This year's 25th edition takes place on the eve of Dylan's 85th birthday. The programme begins at 15:00 in PopMuseu with lectures and discussions: Zdenek Pecka will present the theme "Dylan as Performed by Jazz Musicians" and there will also be "A Brief Journey Through the World of Winston Watson". From 16:00 onwards, the Kaštan hall will host performances by (in alphabetical order): Drahomír Bilka, Jan Řepka, Jiří Pavlíček, Made in Blues, MARiAN Band, Ondřej Konrád, Petr Bublák, Radosti života, Sam's Band duo, The Tired Horses, Tomáš Najbrt, Ucoolelers and Vladimír Merta. The event combines a musical tribute with a lecture programme dedicated to Bob Dylan's work and legacy.
