A series of three lectures by Richard Vodička titled Places Make Cities focuses on specific places that shape the character of cities and how to think about them while traveling at home and abroad — through design and architecture.

Pole designu (Design Field) in Bílovice near Uherské Hradiště is an educational platform and physical venue focused on industrial design, architecture, and public space. The Egoé company transformed a former agricultural brownfield into a production and educational complex, converting old livestock buildings into offices and exhibition spaces.
