OPEN HOUSE PRAGUE

The Open House Prague 2026 festival (12th edition) runs from May 18–24, 2026, and opens more than 100 normally inaccessible buildings and spaces across Prague for free. The DISK Theatre participates in the festival's accompanying programme: on Saturday, May 23, it presents "Biedermann and the Arsonists" with discounted admission for festival visitors. The main festival takes place over the weekend of May 23–24, when buildings are typically open from 10:00 to 18:00. Entry to open buildings is free and requires no prior registration. The accompanying programme (lectures, guided tours, exhibitions, debates) runs from Monday, May 18; some accompanying events require booking or ticket purchase. This year's edition focuses on urban transformation and the relationship between heritage conservation and development. The festival information centre is located at Campus Hybernská (Hybernská 998/4, Prague 1). The Open House Prague mobile app (Android and iOS) helps navigate the programme, displays current building opening information, waiting times, and allows ticket purchases for accompanying events.
