Contemporary Dance for Adults

Contemporary Dance for Adults is a regular dance class held every Monday at 19:00 in Studio Krenovka (Husitská 24A/899, Prague 3) at Divadlo Ponec. Classes are led by Yana Reutova and other artists closely collaborating with Divadlo Ponec. They are designed for all adults regardless of background — parents, and anyone caught in the whirlwind of daily life and stress — with no prior dance experience required. Dance is understood here as a means of deeper connection with oneself: participants can immerse themselves in rhythm, calm the mind, and experience moments of full presence. Classes help discover new dimensions of the body, release tension, and stimulate creativity. Each class is paid individually at 320 CZK.
