Herbarium 2026 – Festival of Medicinal Plants

The Herbarium Festival of Medicinal Plants was created on the initiative of two pharmacies as a place where the world of aromas and flavors of medicinal plants connects with themes of education, local sources, sustainability, and healthy lifestyle. It takes place in the Svatby od srdce venue in Lhota pod Libčany. The programme is designed for the whole family and all age groups. Visitors can look forward to expert lectures on medicinal plants, herbal workshops for children and adults, a flower arrangement workshop, batik workshops from the Municipal Museum in Dvůr Králové nad Labem, theatrical performances with elements of music therapy, and live music. The festival includes a market of local producers and farms with quality refreshments from local businesses, a play corner for children, craft demonstrations, and a raffle. Parking is provided directly in the venue. In case of rainy weather, the event moves to the barn space.
