Fotocrime (USA) + buchty/nouze

Fotocrime is an American post-punk band from Louisville led by singer, composer, and multi-instrumentalist Ryan Patterson (ex-Coliseum), guitarist Nick Thienemann (Young Widows), and bassist Willem Allard. Built on the foundations of rhythmic drum machines and layered synthesizers, the band creates its distinctive sound—electronic post-punk with driving bass, ringing guitars, and Patterson's unmistakable baritone. Their influences range from Sisters of Mercy to Echo & the Bunnymen, with albums like Principle of Pain, Heart of Crime, and South of Heaven considered genre classics. Their latest record Accelerated (Artoffact Records) pushes the band in new directions: electronic rock anthems, minimalist synth punk, and hints of italo disco. Fotocrime performs regularly at Kabinet múz and is among the club's favorite international guests. The Brno-Ostrava noise rock project buchty/nouze will open the show.
