Four Seasons, or HERBAL VIVALDI at the Castle

A cycle of four lecture meetings with herbalist Jana Karglová, organizer and instructor of the Ke Kořenům project, which focuses on herbal courses and workshops throughout the Czech Republic. Each of the four meetings corresponds to one season and the herbs associated with it – their use for cleansing, boosting immunity, gaining energy, and preparing for winter. The lectures take place in the spaces of Křtiny Castle in the heart of the Moravian Karst. Each lecture lasts approximately 1.5–2 hours. The cycle runs from May to October 2026; the first meeting (spring) takes place on May 28, 2026 at 15:30. Jana Karglová focuses her work especially on the production of herbal products and sharing experience with the goal of greater self-sufficiency – on her plot in Zlín, she is building a small botanical garden where she tests the healing properties of herbs and processes them into natural products.
