Divadlo Polárka is a professional theatre for children and youth in Brno, operating since 1999. It follows in the footsteps of the amateur Puppet Theatre Sokol Brno I (founded 1930) and the later Jitřenka Theatre. Its repertoire spans audiences from newborns to adults; the main hall seats 150, and since 2016 a studio stage called Malá scéna has offered 50 seats. Live music features prominently in many productions, and the theatre also runs its own music ensemble, Polaris.
