Metropol is a multi-purpose cultural centre on Senovážné náměstí in České Budějovice, open since 1971. It features a theatre hall (up to 800 seats), a small stage and a ballroom used for concerts, theatre performances, balls, congresses and exhibitions. The theatre hall serves as a venue for the South Bohemian Theatre opera and has hosted the Chamber Theatre Festival since 2015. The complex also includes a restaurant and hotel.
