Sibiř is an independent cultural and community centre housed in the former Bio Sibiř cinema and theatre building in the Husovice district of Brno. The building has served as a cinema since 1928; in the 1990s it was home to Divadlo In Flagranti theatre and a Czech Television dubbing studio. Since spring 2017 it has been managed by the Kulturou proti chátrání (Culture Against Dilapidation) collective, hosting concerts, film screenings, exhibitions, lectures, and workshops on a non-profit, self-governed basis.
