Karl Ove Knausgård is a Norwegian author best known for his six-volume autobiographical novel cycle My Struggle (Min kamp, 2009–2011), which brought him international acclaim. His writing is marked by radical candour and meticulous attention to everyday experience. He has also written the four-volume Seasons series and numerous essays.
