A guided tour from the series "In the Exhibition for an Hour" with sinologist Noemi Guerrero will present the main works of the permanent exhibition "Asian Art Across Space and Time". Participants will see visual and applied art from Chinese, Japanese, and Islamic cultural areas from the 3rd millennium BCE to the present day, including the context of European Orientalism and collecting.
The tour is part of a new series of short one-hour guided tours in which a lecturer or curator leads visitors through the main sections of the exhibition and provides a basic overview to help navigate the space and themes.
