A walking tour exploring the fates of gardens, villas and cultural figures connected to Mrázovka. The tour will stop at the villa of avant-garde theorist Karel Teige, designed by architect Jan Gillar, and explore its place in the context of modern architecture.
On Fráni Šrámka Street, the personality of the street's namesake will be recalled, and nearby the work of sci-fi author Ondřej Neff will be highlighted. On Ostrovského Street, the programme will explore Růžena Jesenská and her views, which sparked social debates a century ago. The tour also includes figures such as Jiří Šlitr and Karel Gott, who are connected to this creative colony.
