Workshop for children in grades 6–9.
Children spend time online – but do they understand what happens behind the scenes? In this practical workshop, they will learn:
– how so-called dark patterns (manipulative elements in apps and games) work,
– why it is so hard to stop scrolling or turn off a game,
– what psychological mechanisms are at play.
