A seven-course Mediterranean menu at Asado Grill built on fresh seafood, complemented by wine pairings from Vino Markuzzi and live music.

Mediterranean Menu:

Amuse bouche – Langoustine butter, toast | Bele Casel, Prosecco di Asolo Zerissimo (non-alcoholic prosecco)

Cold Appetizer – Scallop, herb oil, kumquat, potato, violets | Gabbas, Manzanile, Vermentino di Sardegna / Revine White Wine

Warm Appetizer – Shrimp, beet, mascarpone, cauliflower | Colterenzio, Pinot Grigio / Revine Rosé Wine

Soup – Rich octopus broth

Intermezzo – Onigiri, unagi, seaweed | Castel Juval, Gletcherschliff, Riesling / Vibrante Spritz

Main Course – Octopus, little gem, quinoa, strawberry, feta | Cordero di Montezemolo, Arneis / Spritz Sabugiero

Dessert – Clams, squid ink, semolina, wine | Villa Bucci, Verdicchio di Castello di Jesi / Crodino Spritz

The ticket price is per person and includes wine pairings. A non-alcoholic pairing is available for non-drinkers. Table size is assigned based on the number of tickets purchased.
